Civil Work
We take great pride in our civil work, with a strong specialization in building cast-in-place and pre-cast manholes.
Our skilled carpenters are among the finest craftsmen in the industry, bringing precision, experience, and pride to every structure they build.
Our pipe layers bring generations of knowledge to the job—many of them have been in the trade since the days of terra cotta duct. Terra cotta, an outdated conduit product made from clay and installed in three-foot sections, was prone to failure. Misalignment and collapsed sections often led to pinched cables and power outages.
Today, our crews install modern fiber and PVC conduit systems, providing the strength, alignment, and long-term reliability required to support today’s rapidly advancing technology. This evolution in materials, combined with our deep experience, ensures stable, resilient infrastructure built to last.
Restoration/Finished Project
Restoration and final surface conditions are treated as critical close-out activities. All areas disturbed by construction shall be restored to equal or better condition than existed prior to construction, in accordance with project specifications, municipal standards, and agency requirements. Our crews specialize in post-construction restoration, including but not limited to sidewalks, landscaped areas, flower beds, medians, custom paving, and asphalt surfaces.
Final restoration is completed prior to demobilization and subject to inspection and punch-list review. All deficiencies identified during close-out shall be corrected promptly. Worksites are maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly condition throughout the project duration, with all excess materials, debris, and temporary facilities removed prior to final acceptance.
